Clerical Tasks: Sorting mail, preparing invoices, and handling other general office duties. Preferred Personal Profile:Resides within a 20- 30 minute commute from the office. Open to learning, being trained, and growing into a high-efficiency role. Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the Director’s day-to-day office schedule. Track all tasks delegated by the Director and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle communication, reporting, and coordination with other departments. Assist with personal errands, bookings, reminders, and other tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information. Act as the Director’s right hand in ensuring smooth operational flow.

🎯 Role SummaryWe are launching a modern cloud kitchen in Jaipur, focused on authentic, homestyle North Indian cuisine in a bowl-based format. We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced chef who can not only cook but also own the kitchen operations end-to-end. You’ll be the backbone of our daily service and a key contributor to scaling this brand. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🍳 Culinary Operations : Prepare and plate bowl-based meals, thalis, and à la carte items as per menu. Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation. Document all recipes with quantity, method, and preparation steps. 📦 Inventory & Supplies Maintain inventory of raw materials and kitchen consumables. Create weekly purchase lists; coordinate with vendors for timely restocking. Monitor stock usage and avoid wastage or overstocking. 🧾 SOPs & Documentation Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for prep, cooking, hygiene, and storage. Maintain kitchen logs, daily checklists, and cleaning schedules. 👥 Team Management Supervise one kitchen helper and ensure task delegation. Oversee onboarding and training of junior kitchen staff if hired in future. Arrange substitutes or part-time help if needed for cleaning or rush hours. 🧼 Cleanliness & Compliance Ensure the kitchen is cleaned daily as per hygiene norms. Get deep cleaning done weekly (outsourced/local help). Ensure compliance with FSSAI or other local food safety standards. 📦 Packaging & Order Dispatch Ensure food is properly packed for delivery, labeled correctly, and dispatched in time. Coordinate with delivery partners as needed during rush hours. Our plan is to open multiple branches once this set up is profitable.
